Jim update – visit today
I popped in to see Jim on the off chance today ,i was at the hospital anyway and after much too ing and fro ing eventually found him.
He is in a high dependency unit [the ward is still being finished so not open yet] for a couple of days i suspect.
He is in alot of pain ,epidurals and painkillers are a wonderful thing but he is really over the moon to get the card and the messages printed out for him.
I know he is itching to get back on here,he didn’t know anything about the Royal birth so he has a bit of catching up to do.

It is early days ,lets keep fingers crossed for as pain free recovery as he can get.

This is one bridge crossed but still along way to go.I intend on trying to see him again this week ,shifts and personal situations allowing.
