Palmer tailwheel ID ?.

I have a tailwheel & tyre that were made by Palmer, & was hoping that some one might be able to tell me what type it would have been fitted to.

The tyre size is given as- 6.00 – 4.

The numbers on the wheel are- 933. issue C. 51137. AX 47.

Any ideas ?.
