do you know what length the runway will be after the extension? Also there is no mention of enlarging the terminal, surely with improvements on virtually everything else the terminal will need to expand or is it already big enough?

These are the opptions the the airport is thinking to do about the runway:

• Do nothing;
• Do minimum within the existing airport footprint;
• A short extension of 345 metres, giving a total runway
length of 2,600 metres;
• A major extension of 745 metres, giving a total runway
length of 3,000 metres.
All options for an extension assumed that the airfield would
be extended at the eastern end in order to avoid the need to
realign the Metro line, B6918 and A696 at the western end.

There is no mention about the extention of the terminal in the masterplan
