By flying AC you will always be on a wide-bodied jet, so that would probably be preferable as they give a better flying experience than the DHCQ-8-100 (a 30 seater turbo prop aircraft) that you would use for the second leg of the UA flight. Small turbo-props such as this rattle and shake more and won’t help your nerves.
