Bill Japp, 14 Squadron RAF

I wonder if anybody could tell me any details of the service career of Bill Japp who flew Marauders with 14 Squadron in the Western Desert. I made his acquaintance through work many years ago and we had a few entertaining chats but I left the job not so long after. There’s a pic of him in Eagle’s crew on the 14 squadron website –
