Pan American Clippers: New Art Series

Phew – finally getting around to sharing these! I was commissioned to paint the Pan American Boeing 314 clipper in a ‘sunrise’ composition a couple of months ago, and it was so popular I decided to cover the rest of the Pan Am clipper fleet – at least, so far, the Martin M-130 and the Sikorsky S-42.

Does anyone have any other subject suggestions?

Wow, these are wonderful! Your backgrounds are amazing (and would be excellent paintings on their own) and I particularly like the detail in the reflections in the water. Very well done.

Quite stunning, a beautiful era of transport captured very well, thanks for sharing. Anything Pan Am and of that or the just Post War era props is always good!………. and TWA, and Eastern, and Northwest, and Continental etc. etc.!
