this is an enlarged view of a 1955-postcard , of the official visit of our King Baudouin (second person from the left) (+ 1993) to our (former Belgian) Congo ;

the aircraft was our only/one (military) D.H.114 Heron: CGG on the tail was for ‘Congo Gouverneur Général’
BUT for the full registration, there is a ‘mystery/doubt’ ; it was -according to ‘sbap.be’ -; OT-CGG (mil)
and for ‘belgian-wings.be’ ; it was OO-CGG (civ)
Both…. ‘just & only’ as assertions, without convincing pics …!!!
in fact I’ve never could see/read a full reg on a belgian Heron :apologetic:
(just OO-CGG on a D.H. DOVE !!) (pic on request..)
Anyway, this is a really RARE postcard (of Côte d’Or !) in my collection !
good evening, & friendly
