Any ideas as to what aircraft types these instruments might have been used on ?

I acquired these 2 gauges recently, & would be interested to know what types they might have been used on.

1. is a Palmer brake pressure gauge, which might be off of a civil type, as there are no visible 6A etc numbers on it.

2. is a foriegn one,- MANO HUILE G.M type. 10 hpz.

Any ideas ?

Bob T,

I thought it was the type fitted to the Miles Martinet, whilst obviously from the same ‘family’ not quite the right type.

Hi Tim

The Palmer gauge only has a serial number on it (6060997), but there are no part numbers on it.

Is the Palmer brake gauge marked 756/1 or 9311?

The second one is a French oil pressure gauge but as to what it’s off I couldn’t say (because I don’t know). Nice instrument though.
