Group Captain Ned Frith – RIP

I attended a talk he gave at the Cambridge branch of RAeS and was amazed by his dynamic and captivating performance. As a “front man” for what is now Typhoon, he was extraordinarily energetic and persuasive! I remembered his name as a result of the impact of that presentation, and had no idea of his impressive RAF career!

A true gent and great man. He was a staunch supporter of the Boscombe Down Aviation Collection and will be sorely missed.
