One for the Merlin buffs… A friend has this. It’s supposed to be off a Merlin. It’s heavy and looks like a hydraulic pump or similar. The pump for the u/c perhaps..? Just a guess. The placard isn’t very informative, but it looks military and wartime. There is supposed to be some RR paperwork for this when my pal can find it…!

It`s an autopilot compressor. I think it`s the one referred to as an “Arrow Compressor”.
I have seen these fitted to Merlins, yes, but it`s not a Merlin-specific part.
