34 Sqd Operational Record Book

Hi,
Just wondering if anybody has a copy of the ORB for 34 Sqn for 18th Jan 1942.
I am researching the loss events of that day including the loss of FO Bertie Lyttle.

Any help or info much appreciated.

The online cost is £3.36. For each month there are two sets of records, summary of events and record of events so the total cost will be £6.72. The summary of events is a narrative of what happens each day. The record of events (usually) lists the aircraft serials with pilots names. NB. There are often errors.

You should be able to get the month in question from the national archives at Kew. Each squadron ORBs are available online for £3 for each month.

Best of luck with your research.
