Lucky escape for F4 Phantom crew – 1968

Just found this over on PPRuNe. The film shows an F-4J take off and stall before crashing. Apparently caused by a rivetting tool that was left inside the aircraft causing the controls to jam on take-off. The crew ejected safely.
