There was some very interesting video particularly of Farnborough (and I was also quite entertained by the La-15 glimpses edited in among the MiG 15 shots). However, I have to say I found the commentary shall we say a trifle over-enthusiastic and I watched most of the programme with the sound off.

Some superb footage. You really got a good idea of what it must have been like at Farnborough in those heady, post-WW2 days when we really did rule the skies.

Lots of nice shots with 74 “Tiger” Sqn Lightnings too.
