I would suggest meeting at 1.00 pm, so that those who want to stop for lunch can do so before-hand , at one of the two so-called restaurants. If we do not assemble until 2.00, the afternoon is a bit short for those who need to travel home some distance.
A good spacious place to gather is the Milestones of Flight Hall, and say, meet in front of the Mustang (which is on the pedestal ) . The common feature of previous meets ( especially at legends ) is peoples’ reluctance to identify themselves . We really need at least a badge/label with real or forum name.

Sounds like the 9th is the preferred date. I have just returned from the US this morning. Unfortunately I am not likely to be able to make the 8th….but that is fine. I jst miss those meets we had!
