I have a copy of the record from when it came out. When it was on tv ‘Top of the pops’ they used clips from the film Blue Max. I use to have the song as my ring tone on mobile phone.

No, it’s usually a copyright issue with GEMA not allowing permission, presumably until royalties are sorted.
