Old Warden update 24-10-12

A quick visit to the Shuttleworth Collection today revealed some changes. Wildcat N49JC now appears complete apart from the prop and has moved from the workshop onto static display:

The TVAL/RAFM trio is due for departure soon. The Albatros and Snipe look ready to go, work hasn’t started on the RE.8 yet:

The lighting in Hangar 1 has always been a problem for photographers. It’s easy to correct to a better looking tint, but I prefer to show the actual conditions. Here’s a more ‘tweaked’ version which you might prefer:

Nice to see the Wildcat in one piece. Shame to see the TVAL trio depart:( I find the light very frustrating in Hangar 1 as it is very dim and a kind of yellow colour:(
