RE: Bombardier Sells CRJ700 Aircraft to Shandong Airlines of China

The company is in a great deal of trouble (financially) now with the potential bankruptcy of United and its subsidiaries, as they have massive orders with the company for CRJs. The president and ceo recently held a news conference outlining a somewhat modest short term outlook for the company. This is the first time Bombardier has made such an announcement (outside of lay offs surrounding Sept.11–though I believe no aircraft orders were cancelled then, just delayed).
