Agreed – a charming chap who worked very hard for the various organisations he represented over the years.
Very sad to hear of his death…

I’m very sad to read this as “Bill” Randle was a keen modeller and a long time customer of mine who always used to send his orders in his First Day cover envelopes. I always felt that Bill should have been in charge of the RAF Museum which he put so much input into. I always found him a thoroughly charming man.
