If you really want to know, it is the Routine Navs Data Key Set Module (M6)on the Navigators Integrated Control Panel (NICP).
eg column 6 top row signifies a Lofar Buoy, column 3 2nd row down a target.

Pretty sure I saw that keyboard in the Tactical Navigators’ suite, haven’t a clue what it does, but wonder if the key symbols match those on the presentation screen.
