spotted today

Hi all, I was at my field in Newchurch Isle of Wight cutting the grass & heard the unmistakeable sound of a Merlin! I looded up & saw a lone spitfire around 1330 today. Its was flying around for at least 15mins. Through the binoculars she looked like a trainer IX so would say it was SM520 based at Goodwood. Anyone confirm this ?
