Annoys me when they state they are going to make it an airshow for local people. From a Londoner of 40 years it’s always been a local airshow! I remember getting a Greenline bus from New Cross to the event as a kid. For many years it was the only show I, and many London kids, could get to.
Bring back the show. It alone promotes Biggin Hill, the military, aviation, the airport better than any management blurb or slideshow ever will.

It’s the line ‘•Creating a careers opportunities tent’ that amused me. Do they mean RAF? There has always been one of those. Or do they mean ‘career opportunities’ at the airport?? I think the crowd would probably prefer a fun fair. 😀

So what they are saying, if I read the blurb correctly, is put the show back as it was but without the fun fair?
Better idea. Put it back the way it was with the fun fair.
