I think the vent may be a standard item as I think I’ve seen it perched on top of a number of astrodomes on different types.

Late Lancasters and Varsities come to mind, plus others.

(Varsity is from memory, haven’t got anything handy to check it against).

Possibly Meteor T7,or 14..? No idea on the vent.
