Just back from a function at RAF Cranwell – Her Majesty The Queen’s Birthday Reception.
An excellent Dakota flypast (3 passes) was part of the Sunset Ceremony – a fitting way to end an enjoyable evening! 🙂

BBMF Dak ZA947 just went home to Conningsby – bit of a late trip isn’t it? Not used to BBMF a/c out this late…
Judging by the noise over about 50 minutes ago, it was a flypast over a function at Cranwell.;)

might have had a tech snag at some other airfield somewhere and just been fixed in time to get home before night
