HM 14 Flying flea

to give us a bit more space in the workshops we may have our HM14 flying flea project G-ADRZ for disposal/swaps it is 85% complete with engine and prop and undercarriage etc.all metal work.Main wing skeleton the only thing not built is the Rear Wing.

I have now, but wonder if the HM.14 in the video is built to the original specification. Contrasting it to photos of original 1934/35 Poux, the cabane struts on the aeroplane in the video seem to be much higher, presumably with the effect of altering the potentially distastrous wing incidence that did for the original design HM.14.

Interesting question. If this Pou was built to the original HM.14 specification, presumably it would not, even now, get a Permit to Fly – and even if it would, you might be hard pressed to find anyone brave or reckless enough to get airborne in it!
