RAF Museum Hendon revisited

Went to Hendon this week for the first time in 2 years.
Graham White factory and watch office.
Excellent so far with more displays to come.
Main historic hangars hall.
Full (packed even?) maybe some of the displays and captions need updating!
e.g The Nimrod and Harrier are still in front line service!
Bomber Command hall.
Better lit now and unlike my last visit not half empty.
Battle of Britain hall.
Still pitch dark at one end. Although the ‘show’ was not due to start for
half an hour. Was there a Spitfire there? I couldn’t see one.
Much improvement on two years ago overall, but still let down by the
Battle of Britain Hall.
