Random query…1994 Tynwald flyby

Here’s a query I bet someone here can answer…

My dad was looking through a photo album of his bicycle trip around the Isle of Man in summer 1994. Among the attractions while he was visiting the IoM was the ancient Tynwald ceremony on 5 July; the ceremony was overflown by four jets…in the one pic he’s got that shows the aircraft (from astern), they look to me to be BAe Hawks, but I can’t really be sure. Would anyone happen to know what overflew the Tynwald ceremony on 5 July 1994, and perhaps from what base they came?
