BOAC Lancastrian flying the ensign

I know many of the early British airliners often flew an ensign out of the roof when they were on the ground but can anyone confirm if this was the case with BOAC Lancastrians. I have googled it but can only find one example on a Lancastrian and that was on a BSAA aircraft.
