Help needed flightgear part identification

hello,
i need some help to identify a microphone that you can see on the picture.
I believe it is a former RAF throat mic but not sure when and where it was used.
on picture 2 letters are not clearly readable.
It is:
M.T.L.L.N T 2-MKII
ZA. 19734
