Engineering Drawing Help

I have a couple of big asks here!
I’m trying to have an adapter made to power the following device by a Brushless motor. I’ve produced a little engineering drawing to (I hope) explain what I need producing however i’m not an engineer so the drawings may not have enough detail to explain what i’m trying to have made (apologies if they are insulting to the engineering world!)

I have a couple of questions in case anyone is able to help:

If I have the adapter produced to the same dimensions as the drive that it will enter (marked on the German diagram as Keilnaben-profil) will it fit or does it have to be produced to slightly smaller dimensions than the adapter?

Does my diagram have sufficient info on it and does it make sense?

Does anyone on the forum know someone who could produce it for me (pending the accuracy of my diagram) or is there anyone on the forum who would be willing to produce it for me?
