Tale of a Tiger Film, Which Tiggie ?

I vaguely remember an Australian film called Tale of a Tiger ? where a Tiger Moth was restored partly by a young school child.

Can anyone give any further details on the Tiger involved. Is this Tiggie still around at all ?
