Have been reading a US Marine pilot’s account of his war in which he tells the story of a fellow pilot shooting down a Japanese float plane with the air to ground rockets fitted to his TBM.
Havent come across this before. Anyone know of this happening on other occasions aside from the German designed air to air, anti-bomber rockets ?
