Other than the colour scheme it looks much more like a Salmson than a 1 1/2 Strutter especially the stringers that form the rounded fuselage.

It’s the ‘Sopwith 1 1/2 Strutter’ that has done the rounds ! Its basis is a Salmson 2A2 replica built in France .Its been in the U.K since the late 1980’s.
