Interesting thread on Pistonheads

I’m sure some of you guys can add some more info on this. I’m not the best with a/c that have twirly things on the front.:o

Other than the colour scheme it looks much more like a Salmson than a 1 1/2 Strutter especially the stringers that form the rounded fuselage.

I love this forum 🙂

It definitely doesn’t have a lack of knowledge around, just looking at the forum and all the posts if you can find the right thread Unoccupied Property Insurance answered a lot of questions that i had before 🙂

It’s the ‘Sopwith 1 1/2 Strutter’ that has done the rounds ! Its basis is a Salmson 2A2 replica built in France .Its been in the U.K since the late 1980’s.

Blimey that was quick!
