Just watched on YouTube a program called Tomorrow with Tom Snyder, he takes a tour of the goose in its original hanger in 1979 with the chief designer & engineer Ray Hopper who was looking after it. It was modified & maintained airworthy condition as Howard said every year he was going to fly it in October. Ray says with money & men he could have it flying in under a year.
