Not ‘Turkish Delight’ again is it…
Probably not, as there is no request for cash this time 😉

Thanks for sharing Mark. The pipework that runs aft, underneath where the fuselage/wing fairing usually sits: what’s it for?
Hi all , The pipe work probably runs to the air bottles that are usually mounted on the floor between FRs15 & 17 similar to a MKXIV.

Amazing how much detail the cam could capture on the moving prop blades…

Yeah thought there was another twin seater underway ?

Nice video 🙂
A couple of questions:
How many two seaters are there now ?
MT818, MH367, MJ627, MJ772, ML407, PT462, PV202, SM520, TE308.
I believe there is also BS410 being rebuilt as a two-seater?
ML417 was a two-seater, but was restored as a single-seater in the 1980s.
I’m sure I’ve missed one…

No, it wont stop it overheating, but its much easier to see problems if the occur!
If you want to run for an extended time on the ground, stick a hosepipe in the radiator. Makes a hell of a mess mind!

Does having the panels removed, get around the overheating problems, or
are there still limits on how long you can ground run for ?

Smoke system.
After all, that’ll be vital for airshow work in Germany… 😎

Looks like a few non standard things – like the pump coming off the cabin blower drive. I wonder what that’s for!

I am not 100%. I must say a quick glance and I thought they were bound electrical harness,
I closer look and they appear to be pneumatic pipes. The Dutch TR 9 manual indicates that both air bottles and the oxygen supply were located behind the rear cockpit.
One for Matthias to clarify.
