Privately-owned MiG-29s?

Maybe not quite historic, but as they’re part of collections I figured this was the best place to put this subject.

I know there are two airworthy privately-owned MiG-29s in the States. Paul Allen has one, but who has the other? :confused: The name escapes me at the moment and it’s driving me mad! 😮
