I had just landed at the Thorney Island flyin on Saturday when a yellow biplane was seen to descend over the nearby Hayling Island, it turned out to be the Boeing N3N from the Isle of White. It had come down on a postage stamp sized plot of rough ground close to the sea shore. Very lucky to keep their feet and the aeroplane dry.
