I recently bought an early WW2-era RAF “B” type leather helmet with “Gosport” earphones in rather poor condition which I have painstakingly restored back to display condition. I now need a pair of original Mk III goggles to go with it.
Anyone know where I can obtain a pair for a “reasonable” price?

You could try Dave Farnsworth at the Historic Flying Clothing co but the prices are not cheap.Failing that ebay is your best bet.Air Ministry marked ones are expensive but you could probably pick up a pair of Canadian marked ones for less money.They are exactly the same except for the markings on the strap.
