On a Smiths Mk IV FCG I can make out the word “Normal” and another word next to it that is partially covered by the needle…
What might that be…?

Many fuel gauges have two scales to allow for aircraft pitch attitude: ‘NORMAL FLIGHT’ (i.e. straight and level flight) and ‘TAIL ON GROUND’
