Would like to visit this mueum’s reserve and workshops at Dugny next month -they have an open weekend on 17/18 Sept. Does anyone know if this has to be pre-booked, or just turn up? Website is in French, which regretfully I have no knowledg of. Thanks.

>>ATTENTION, cette année, il n’y aura pas de visite des ateliers de restauration et réserves pendant les journées du patrimoine. En revanche, le musée vous donnera exceptionnellement l’occasion de les visiter pendant la brocante aéronautique Aéropuces, les 22 et 23 octobre 2011.

Attention, this year there will be no visits to the restauration hangars during the Heritage Days. Instead, the museum is offering you the exceptional opportunity to visit them during the aerojumble on October 22-23, 2011.

I’d give it a miss this year if I were you. The museum’s website stresses the reserve collection will not be open in September.
As for 22/23 October that’s an ‘aeropuce’ , ie. aerojumble, and that’s going to be in the Concorde hall – there’s no mention of the reserve collection.
Put it in google and take the translate option and it’s all there.

I thought their website said that the workshops wouldn’t be accessible on 17/18 Sep but would be open on 22/23 Oct, see:
