All,
As some of you maybe aware, I’m the owner of a composite Chipmunk T.10, using the cockpit of WB584 and the tail of WG303. Since she has been having maintenance lavished on her by JT442 and his students at Newcastle Aviation Acadamy, she has brought about some interest locally. In fact, there is one guy willing to invest in the project to the point of getting her airworthy but he needs to know if all the data plates are present, hence this post…
I know I have seen the ones on the wings but can’t remember seeing the ones on the cockpit and tail (are there more than one?)… Would the one for the cockpit be on the fire wall?? Any comments most welcome!
I would check myself but she is locked away at present and I won’t have access for a week or so…
Thanks in advance!
Phil.

Just by way of an update, WB584 does indeed have its data plate and is confirmed as DH/H/F/37
