Mustang Madness/T-Bird Tour at the Alberta Aviation Museum

T-Bird Tour July 16th
– T-Bird Tour for all “FORD”/“FORD” bodied/powered street legal/licensed/Insured vehicles. Antique, Classic, Modern, Specialty and Custom Cars & Trucks

Starting at Radisson Hotel Edmonton South 4440-Gateway Boulevard, it’s an
unescorted drive on a common route proceeding to the Alberta Aviation Museum to
a special airport side secure compound created for these events.
Launch time will be between 4pm and 5pm
(All Traffic laws must be obeyed at all times)

– Photo Opportunity for:
Participants and their “in car” guests only at end of T-Bird Tour:
Take pictures of your car with ether a Second World War P-51 “Mustang” or 1950’s T-33 “T-Bird” Jet Trainer. Just for fun our Boeing 737 will also be there for the Ford Truck guys to get pictures.

Rock and Roll Sock Hop,
– Hosted in the Alberta Aviation Museum Hangar from 7:00pm to Midnight. Music of the 50s-60s-70s, Snacks, Cash Bar & a good time.
(proceeds to support the Edmonton Aviation Heritage Society, registered charitable organization)
Open to Public, Tickets at the Alberta Aviation Museum Gift Shop

Mustang Madness July 17th
– Mustang Madness Car Show open to: ALL “FORD”/“FORD” bodied/powered Antique, Classic, Modern, Specialty & Custom Cars & Trucks at The Alberta Aviation Museum in a special airport side secure compound created for these events.

Sounds like fun and a great way for an aviation museum to attract new visitors and build the historic aviation hobby.
