Aircraft info required

Can anyone provide any further information type etc. the markings are very indestinct the top photo closest aircraft I think has 19203 on the fuselage the other 5988 my father took the photo but he’s been a bit stingy with phographic paper the bottom pic appears to have 10835 along the wing edge I think they we’re taken in Canada circa 45 whilst he was training, but you tell me.
