Charles Derek Whittingham 151 and 261 squadrons 1940

Hi all,
Could anyone assist me with any information re Squadron Leader C D Whittingham.
He flew hurricanes with 151 squadron in the Battle of Britain before joining 261 squadron in Malta.
He was shot down in July 1940 and force landed his hurricane.
I have access to Men of the Battle of Britain and Malta: the Hurricane years.
He died in 1958 and I would like to find the location of his grave.
