Help With Tailwheel Identification

Hi,
I have got two tail wheels but am struggling to identify them, although I
believe them to be ww2. Any help would be really appreciated…

On the tyre:
AERO PA 34-00 – 3 1/2 static conducting

On the other side of the hub:
835 A L 287
