Hi all
I am currently corresponding with someone in Australia whose Uncle was a serving member of Bomber Command with the Royal Australian Air Force and was killed in action in March 1944. They would like to obtain a copy of his Record of service, could anyone please advise how they go about this in Australia, I assume hsi records will be held with the Australian authorities.

Stick his name in and find his Service Number – Or look it up on CWGC
Use his Service Number to search again
If no records already digitized, request it to be!
