Thinking about the Prentice thread, and the DCW pix on here, I have been wondering about the large numbers of ex military aircraft, many of which never made to “civvy street”.
I can remember as a young spotter at White Waltham being offered two unconverted Proctors, both of which eventually died there, and I can also remember Rollasons at Croydon, and the Marathons at Shoreham
So, who has any pics of unconverted aircraft, temporarily civil registered, that they would like to share ?

Most of the Tigers in the ‘pile’ at Rolly’s were eventually brought to flying condition and sold abroad (mainly to the US). By the end of the 60’s most of the fuselages were gone leaving an inordinate number of wings and assorted flying control surfaces.

Another photo without any source references for which I apologise.
A lone Auster with a number of A.J. Whittemore Tiger Moths at Croydon.

G-AMER at Shoreham. I’d love to give credit for this but for the life of me, I can’t remember where it came from. So apologies in advance if it was taken by or from the collection of one of you out there!
