Andy,
He sold the spare cockpit to me couple of years ago, so perhaps he meant that ?

I thought Rex and his brother had sold their A-26?
I sold them a parts manual for the A-26 a few years back and I’m sure Rex told me at a subsequent W&P Show that he had subsequently sold the aircraft?

Is this the Invader that was under rebuild in the Helicopter Hire hangar at Southend many years ago?

Not trying to be pedantic but that is Rod and Rex Cadman. 🙂

If it is that one, its not a great candidate for a flying restoration. Needs a lot of time and money to bring it back to life IMHO. Be cheaper to buy an already airworthy one, and slowly bring it back to stock.
Bruce
While the descriptions read differently, nothing contradicts each other so could be, as you say Bruce cheaper to buy one like the airworthy one on Barnstormer for exactly the same price.
