Just read on the Heart of Scotland airshow website that there will be no Perth Airshow this year but this will allow an early decision on whether there will be one in 2012.
Its a real pity as this is one of the airshows I was really looking forward to as its a little different to the norm.
I wonder what the reason are for this. I guess we might never know.

The ones at Errol have been surveyed with a view to re-locate them… The owner of Errol and the owner of Perth are one and the same apparently….

That is sad news, last year’s was an excellent little show (and I don’t mean that in a patronising way): for friendliness and excellent photo access it was very good. Brilliant sunshine and unusually warm weather also helped. Another victim of belt-tightening perhaps. 🙁
