I am wanting to research an Australian pilot who flew Hurricanes with 111 Squadron in 1938-39 – Harry Hardman. War time squadron ORBs usually record the serial numbers of aircraft flown by pilots in the Details section – does anyone know if pre-war ORBs also do this? I am wanting to identify the Hurricanes he would have flown pre-war with 111 squadron, but don’t want to invest in research if this information is non-existant ( I live in Australia – a bit hard to get to Kew in the UK :>) )
