And I don’t think it was reported anywhere else. The problems of space make it quite impossible for every obituary to be published within days of a death. At least the Telegraph has a policy of publishing obituaries of servicemen with notable or interesting lives.

Died 19 December 2010, and the Telegraph didn’t report it until March 03 2011.
Sigh.
A very lucky man, though… both with the botched take-off and the morphine incident.
